1. Digital Products

All products sold by Modern Connection Guides are digital downloads (eBooks/PDF guides). Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link. Access to your purchased files is available through your order confirmation email.

2. License

When you purchase a guide, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to download and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share, or reproduce the content in any form without express written permission from Modern Connection Guides.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products offered by Modern Connection Guides, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a purchase has been completed, customers receive immediate access to downloadable digital content, which cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged in the same manner as physical goods. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after delivery or access has been provided.

By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-tangible digital product and waive any right to request a refund on the basis of dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, change of mind, or inability to use the content after delivery.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact our support team, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in obtaining access to the product.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
